Falling In Love With Your Money

from Let's Coach with Carolyn - Career Strategist, Leadership and Life Coach · host Carolyn R Owens

Send us Fan MailOur viewpoint of money begins to form the moment we are born. We watch how our parents save and spend money and often inherit their viewpoint of wealth.  We don't discuss money in the classroom let alone in our homes. We establish beliefs about money - about debt and how hard one has to work to make money.  Society teaches us, if we don't have the things we see on television and in the movies, we are not successful. With the pressure to earn and have things, money becomes one of the biggest causes of stress in our lives. You don't even realize the power and control money has over you.  You eventually get caught in the trap, becoming a slave to money, working  hard and living miserably.  How can you change this story?  It starts by taking control and becoming the master of your money. Our guest this week, Chella Diaz can show you how.  Chella founder of Money IQ, is affectionately known as the Women of Wealth. Her fascination with how the wealthy handle their money began at an early age. She was inspired to begin saving at the age of nine and by the age of 17 purchased her first car followed by her first house at the age of 23. With over 20 years in the banking and finance industry, Chella witnessed the struggles and misinformation many people had regarding a basic understanding of money management.  She is dediccated to teaching and equipping individuals  with skills to empower them to take control of their  financial future. Tune in and learm how you can change your relationship and fall in love with your money - starting today!
