Feeling Unsettled When Your Settling by Amy Taylor

from The Never Settle Podcast · host Mel Kate

In today's episode Amy Taylor gives us an insight into how she moved into the online entreprenuerial space. Former jobs included PA, travel sales specialist, cruise ships and private yachts, all in the name of having it all in terms of work and life balance.  That mindset changed when she received news that her father figure uncle had been diagnosed with cancer and dropped everything to return back to the UK.  Losing him so quickly had a huge impact on Amy. Not only did she realise how he'd waited for years to retire only to not enjoy his retirement, but that she did not want to do the same. This waking up forced Amy into joining an online comunity and education platform to learn how to make money online. She was driven on with this journey knowing that her uncle would be proud and it helped her move through the grieving process.   Amy is very passionate about people speaking their truth, and would rather live through extremes than to flatline in safety.  Trusting your gut is far more powerful and accurate than your brain, and if more people did this , they would live much happier and fulfilled lives.  'Its better to live uncomfortable truths then comfortable lies' - Elizabeth Gilbert 1. Don't ignore your true feelings 2. Do something, self education or anything to move a step forward.  3.
