Barbara Bustard is the Author of The Art of Healing, 12 Step by Step Meditative Art Exercises for Improved Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Well-being, an artist and teaching artist, and the founder of Art for Body Mind and Soul. A graduate of Notre Dame University of Maryland, she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religious Studies and Art, as well as a Diploma in Color Therapy, and Certificates in Art Therapy for Self-Healing and Art Therapy for Self-Expression. Barbara offers workshops, retreats and private sessions which combine art with meditation for increased self-awareness,  spiritual growth, stress relief, healing, discernment, and just tapping into one’s creativity to receive all the health benefits it provides for living fully into one’s authentic self and evolving into the person you have the potential to be.   When not teaching, making art, or writing, Barbara enjoys nature photography, always trying to capture the Extraordinary in the Ordinary.
