Florida TikToker Nabbed For Stealing From Target — Again

Marlena Velez was charged with a second count of petit theft after Cape Coral Police said she scanned bar codes for cheaper items than she took from a Target store last month. Velez has more than 300,000 followers on TikTok and had posted video of an October Target run that helped police identify her.
