Flow is often described as a state of effortless effort. The term is coined by Gerta who uses the German word roush, which means overflowing with joy. William James worked on the topic, but Mihaly csikszentmihalyi is the godfather of flow psychology. The flow triggers are your toolkit. 22 of them have been discovered. Once you have purpose, the system demands autonomy. Flow is universal in humans, actually universal in most mammals and deaf, all social MAs.
