For The Sensitive Souls

Welcome back lovies. Episode 47 brings us to the topic of sensitivity. Sensitivity is a super power. Sensitive souls feel so deeply, have so much depth about them and have the power to create so much in their lives, and for the collective too. This episode is for my people out there that feel like sensitivity may or not may be a gift, depending on how you look at it. I get into my experience of deafening my sensitivity with drugs and alcohol for a long time in my life. And then the aftermath of getting sober and having to interact with life in a new, clear way. In all honesty, it made me contract and hide for quite a while. I was in a position where I felt safer contracted but in actuality I became a prisoner unto myself and the life that I had created for myself.
