"Foresight, Part 3," Wolverine and the X-Men

We finally made it to the series finale of Wolverine and the X-Men, which features 23 jam-packed minutes of Wolverine trying to cross the front lawn of the Hellfire Club mansion. It takes him the entire time to get there, and meanwhile, Sentinels destroy a major American city and the Phoenix inhabits all five Cuckoos and destroys the Sentinels and also tries to re-enter Jean's body. Emma shows up at the very end to sacrifice herself and save everyone, which is a huge relief, because Xavier and the rest of the X-Men in the future had seemingly no chance of beating Master Mold. The very end of the show depicts Apocalypse, who has a rock star cult leader persona, and we're kinda sad we didn't get to watch THAT show. Next week's episode: "Hulk Vs."
