Gameday Preview: Why do some think Alabama has the edge?

from Oklahoma Sooners Gameday Preview · host SoonerScoop.com

On this week's Gameday Preview, we talk with AL.com's Nick Kelly about the perception around the Alabama program coming into Norman for the first round of the College Football Playoff. Did Alabama just play a terrible game at home against Oklahoma? Are they just coming to Norman to assert their dominance and win by not turning the ball over so much? And what about the special teams in this one? The Sooners dominated that phase of the game in Tuscaloosa. And the defense has been turning teams over on a regular basis since the Tennessee game. Why would they stop now. You'll hear from Brent Venables and Ben Arbuckle break down the matchup with the Crimson Tide and we hear about OU's faith in John Mateer when it matters most. This offensive line has been doing more than getting by even though they are starting two true freshmen. It's our final breakdown of the matchup we're all ready to see Friday night on Owen Field.
