O ministro da Casa Civil, Rui Costa, anunciou um crédito extraordinário relacionado ao combate às queimadas. De acordo com Costa, o crédito será de R$ 514 milhões para várias áreas do governo. Segundo o ministro, o governo está coletando pedidos de ajuda dos Estados sobre os incêndios.
