Gracias al acompañamiento y formación del programa de emprendimiento de YMCA España, Lucky ha transformado su pasión por la cocina y sus raíces culturales en un proyecto con impacto social que quiere acercar la riqueza culinaria africana a Granada. Durante la entrevista, Lucky comparte el camino recorrido: los desafíos del emprendimiento siendo migrante, la importancia de creer en uno mismo y el orgullo de ofrecer una experiencia gastronómica auténtica que celebra cultura, comunidad e inclusión.
