Summary
Grief and loss are inevitable parts of life and although it can be incredibly painful, there is no grief without love, and love is the part that never dies. Judy Ford is an incredibly special human, whose outlook on loss and life deserves to be shared with everyone. She is someone who has experienced grief on more than one occasion, yet has chosen to flip her experience around to find meaning in her loss. Judy has helped me to shift my experience of loss from a place of sadness, guilt and longing into one of expression, learning and freedom. In the second episode into my exploration of grief which will be released next week, I speak to someone who has devoted decades researching how grief affects both the body and brain. It is a fascinating episode that I hope will provide hope to anyone who feels stuck in their grief, so please do join me then.
