from The Everyday Heroine · host Maria Kauffman

Guest Interview with Audree Grubesic exposes the tricky area between blending our personal and professional lives. We discuss what blending personal and professional means for successful women working in male-dominated industries. Audree surprises us with a healthy tea option as we kick off our women's leadership discussion. Audree M Grubesic is the Founder & CEO of Modular Sure Site, an Off-Site construction consulting company, offering services for residential and commercial projects. She has first-hand experience of construction and project management on site of their projects. Over the past 20+ years, she has excelled in marketing, sales, new business development, and homebuilding. Offsite Dirt is a media that showcases all the current news, techniques, technology, influencers, and conversations in offsite construction. This form of construction encompasses volumetric, modular, prefab, panelization, and single and/or multi-trade assemblies. Offsite Dirt has a two-pronged mission: to inform the construction industry and the general public on the intricacies of what’s currently happening in the fast-growing offsite construction field, and to provide a meeting place for offsite construction professionals where information, opinions, and resources can be freely exchanged. Audree is a living example of women's leadership and offers great advice in addition to her amazing accomplishments and success in the industry. During this interview, Audree sets the tone for what a bright future looks like for women, communities, and the world when more women step into their greatness as leaders in male-dominated industries.Contact Information for Audree Grubesichttps://www.modularsuresite.comhttps://www.offsitedirt.comhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/audreegrubesichttps://www.facebook.com/audree.m.grubesichttps://www.facebook.com/OffsiteDirthttps://www.facebook.com/ModularSureSiteThe Kauffman InstituteNow there is a fun quiz to help with self-discovery.For an introductory transformation process join a Masterclass here. For deeper change and a greater personal leadership transformation schedule an empowerment session through a coaching consultation here.Discover more about The Kauffman Institute go here.Enjoy your adventures and journey responsibly!
