Thanatos began as a studio project between founder Patrick Ogle and Projekt record label founder Sam Rosenthal in the mid 80s in South Florida.  They recorded together in 1993 THIS ENDLESS NIGHT INSIDE and 1995’s AN EMBASSY TO GAIUS. After that, Rosenthal focused on Projekt Records, while Ogle toured and recorded additional Thanatos albums with a full band. Ogle released a full length album called “Covered Country” on November 26, 2021 featuring the lead single and video “Seminole Wind” originally by John Anderson. Ogle selected nine classic country tunes to deliver with just a mic-ed up parlor guitar and his bare-bones baritone vocals. This is “country” music performed by an artist often described as “goth.” You’d be hard-pressed to tell though, because these stark untreated renditions capture the passion of these songs defying genre classifications.https://www.thanatos.bizhttps://www.projekt.com

The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile.
