Hanging out with Gwendoline Charbein

Hello all! This week I sit down with MMA fighter Gwendoline Charbein and we talk about.. *drum roll* MMA! And dont let the fact that she doesnt have a catchy fighter name throw you off, she still packs a punch. Seems slightly "clickbaity" but the link to her fight is below in the show notes. I do ask MMA 101 questions but we do cover her own experience and a relatively new fighter on the scene. We cover her background and how she got into it. Also her views on training, how its going in this region and do a tiny review of her fight. We had questions put forward by our brilliant illustrator Leilani giving me something to stand on to keep carrying on the conversation and it did go places.
