Harnessing the Power of Intentional Living

from Life With Liza · host Liza Jane Wolf

In this episode, I explore the power of intentional living and how it can guide us to joy and abundance. I discuss the concept of intentional creation and share an impactful story from 2012 when I chose to be "solutions-based" for the entire year. I emphasize the importance of shifting from problem-focused thinking to being open to solutions, a practice that has significantly improved my ability to handle challenges. I reflect on the essence of tuning into our inner source and trusting our intuition to guide us toward the right solutions, stressing the value of faith in this process. I share personal experiences, like the end of a long-term relationship, to illustrate how letting go and being open led me to the right answers. Ultimately, I encourage listeners to practice this mindset shift to live more abundantly and joyfully.
