Healthy Living

from JOIN UP DOTS - GET RICH & LIVE FREE (Business Coaching With A Touch Of Life Coaching Too)

My guest today, on the Steve Jobs inspired Join Up Dots free podcast interview is a man who has been through a journey of discovery to get him to where he is today. Happy, relaxed and rocking and rolling After two decades of running a successful pharmacy practice and then losing it all, he entered a period of deep personal struggle. Each night he would walk along a country road hoping to find a few minutes of peace, but he ultimately discovered something far more valuable. What could you do if you had a simple plan to increase energy, get in better shape, and improve your mental and emotional health? You have more pressure on you than ever. With competing demand from work, family, friends, and our communities, it's no wonder so many people are stressed, overweight, unhealthy, and exhausted. He felt the pressure, too. He sacrificed his mental, physical, and emotional health to the demand of his pharmacy practice until he discovered the medications he was paid to dispense often offered only temporary symptom relief and left people still suffering. He discovered that true health and happiness comes from finding balance in seven key areas, so he developed a simple plan anyone can use. In his new book, How to Live Until You Die, he makes it simpler than ever to unlock a healthier, happier, and more whole you, so today can mark a new beginning for your total health! So does everyone need to go through a dark night of the soul to become truly focused on what life is all about? And where does he see that people go wrong in their life, trying to do too much, or not actually trying to do anything? Well let's find out as we bring onto the show to start joining up dots with the one and only Dr. Phil Carson. Show Highlights During the show we discussed such weighty topics with Dr. Phil Carson such as: Dr Phil shares how he lost his business due to the downturn in the economy 2008, and the steps he took to get his life back on track.
