Hidden History of Emergency War Powers, Military Government and Unconstitutional Admiralty Courts 1933-1965

Author and pastor Eric Jon Phelps introduces for us the hidden history of the fall of Constitutional de jure Article III Courts here in the United States whose juridical basis remained lawfully established by the Judiciary Act of 1789. After the Civil War the illegal War Powers seized by the Executive branch would continue and every subsequent President to this day has issued Presidential Proclamations and EOs [Executive Orders], under these Emergency War powers the lawful Constitutional barrier is broken thereby the civil rights and political liberties of the people are threatened by the out-of-control government we formed for our own protection. These Executive actions are beyond the limits of Presidential power and authority, they are unconstitutional and reveal how completely the unitary executive has become a military dictatorship just as America has been transformed from a republic to a military empire.The once pristine Article III Courts have now been subsumed by Courts sitting exclusively in Admiralty Maritime jurisdiction formed from legislative statute arising from Article I authority having lost the original Common Law jurisdiction that the Constitution was created to protect, having been replaced by a military court process which is brought in by 1948-65. The establishment of corrupted Legislative Statute Courts drawing their new administrative authority from Article I, Legislative power and thus these new Federal, District and Circuit courts all sit under Admiralty Law enacting the Emergency War Powers of the de facto Military Government having taken its own sovereign territory in the District of Columbia which is separate from American territorial influence and well beyond the lawful Constitutional structure. It was at the time of the imposition Federal Statute Courts that the District of Columbia was established becoming the administrative seat of authority for the incoming imperial Military regime wherein the Commander in Chief has unlimited and absolute power over "conquered territories and belligerent rebels" via the Trading With The Enemy Act 1917. After 1933 the Executive Branch no longer needed Congressional approval to enact emergency laws and war, in fact Executive Orders are automatically approved and the machinery of Military Government is established by claims of wartime extremity and emergency out of which it takes for itself these extraordinary illegal authorities. A sick and lecherous old traitor like Biden stepping into all this is precisely the reason we originally framed limits and boundaries of the Executive branch, enumerated powers and now the Military Empire has grown monstrous having broken from the Constitutional constraints that were forged to protect the American people from despotism and tyranny such as we witness today.The teacher carefully and thoroughly elucidates the gradual process of legislative manipulation and illegal amendments that paved the way for illegitimate Court districts long with this vile and dangerous beast system of political fanaticism and technocratic persecution on display by the Deep State Jacobins and global elite.
