Holacracy is a new method of organising businesses and other mission based organisations. It relies on clarity, and splits up unclear "jobs" into their actual functions, assigning them out to people as "roles". Processing "tensions" keeps the whole system improving, turning problems into solutions. Holacracy claims the ability to make workplace politics obsolete.
