Hormones with Nat Kringoudis

from Unhinged with Phoebe Parsons · host Podshape

Thou shalt remember, that there is no force more powerful than female hormones  When it comes to hormones, I've shared my struggles with you once or twice before. And at the ripe old age of 30, I thought that I'd be off the emotional rollercoaster by now. But if you still find yourself morphing into a hormone casserole once a month, then a.) you're so not not alone sis, and b.) you're actually in luck. Because this week, I caught up with the woman who claims she can help make our hormones happier than a Pharrell Williams song.  Honestly, how do I even begin to explain the powerhouse that is Nat Kringoudis. Nat is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, acupuncturist, author, speaker, podcaster and all round natural fertility specialist, who also founded the Melbourne based Women's Health Clinic, The Pagoda Tree. I was lucky enough to have first met Nat about 7 years ago, and in that time I've learnt so much from her, and I absolutely know that you will too.  Just before we get started, just an FYI that there is a lot of information in this episode, so before you even ask, if you want to know more about Nat, I've popped all of her information in this weeks show notes, so please go ahead and check out her website or follow her on instagram.  Follow Phoebe on Instagram @phoebeacp or join the Train Wreck Podcast Community Facebook group.
