from The Adiel Gorel Show · host Adiel Gorel

How Acupuncture Helps You Self-Heal – Adiel Gorel and Chad Lefevre Discuss Health seekers Adiel Gorel and Chad Lefevre discuss the work of Dr. Erlene Chiang who comes from a family of Chinese traditional healers. She works with herbal medicines, acupuncture and qigong, which are all ways to help the body self-heal. These healing modalities unblock the qi or energy within the body, and help you feel better at every level. Key Insights: Adiel shares the story of his first experience with acupuncture when he was in his 20s in Quito. It helped resolve a very painful ingrown toenail and helped Adiel avoid surgery. Acupuncture is not just for helping with disease and pain. It helps the body remain healthy by removing blockages, and freeing up the energy in the body to heal itself. Many in western medicine have accepted the healing property of acupuncture because it is seen to work. Each energy meridian in the body is connected to specific body organs. Adiel describes how his acupuncture sessions with Dr. Chiang feel: he can feel the energy running through his body. He describes how her hands literally radiate heat energy. There is a need to be flexible in both body and mind; just 15 minutes of qigong a day can help to make a difference to make one more flexible and healthier in mind and body. Author, Investment Expert and Wellness Advocate Adiel Gorel isn't just an expert in his chosen fields but also a storyteller who makes complex issues easily accessible.
