We are talking about those bad on-court habits that you’ve developed over your playing career, how to break those and develop good habits in their place. First I want you to know that you can do it, even though it can be a long and frustrating process, you have to ability to become that confident, high iq, fundamental player you want to be. Remember, whenever you are on the court you are creating habits, either good ones or bad ones, so why not use that time to create good ones.
