Transparency and vulnerability are lessons I have learned help more than they hurt. Providing the opportunity to change someones perspective through sharing my personal experiences is a way to connect and relate to others through trials and tribulations. Alcohol is poison and it made me very sick for a very long time at a very young age. I want to share my story and my regrets to be open with you but also to maybe relate to some of you. I hope this message reaches someone who needs to hear it. As my hope with every episode of Sounds Like A You Problem, podcast.
