How Mental health affects podcasters - With Adam

Today, I am joined with fellow podcaster Adam and we talk about a really important topic "How mental health affects podcasters" Adam has his own podcast called "Rewarding conversations" I was on his podcast last year we had a great conversation it was good to have him on my show. We speak about the positives and negatives of being a podcaster a wide range of different topics, we speak also why we do what we do and why we enjoy it! As it is Mental health awareness month i thought this conversation was really fitting with my friend Adam! We do speak about the struggles, high and lows and our tips for others to start a podcast and how good it is to connect to our guests and some things that annoy us and how the process of being a podcaster actually works but we feel not many will understand!
