How do motives and mindset shape generosity? In this episode of The Well Podcast, Pastor Phil Hopper and host Les Norman dive into the meaning of the Parable of the Talents and how it applies to believers today.  When Jesus spoke about "talent" in the parable, He was referring to a large sum of money, not just a natural ability. Everyone has a different measure of resources and opportunities, but what matters most is faithfulness with what God has given, not how much you have. Spiritual maturity is reflected in how we think about and steward our finances, time, and abilities for God’s glory. Ultimately, Pastor Phil reminds us not to compare ourselves to others, but to focus on being faithful with what we have.
