How Much To Pay Employees

from Success Explained with Chris Guerriero

See how much to pay employees and get your FREE customized business productivity blueprint: https://BuiltToGrowReview.com So, I posted on Instagram details on how much I pay our employees. And apparently, that's a topic that a lot of people want to know about, because that post triggered more emails into my office than any other social post I've ever made. So, I wanted to go a little bit deeper and give you details on how I pay team members, but more specifically, how to determine if (and when) someone gets a raise or a bonus, AND how much they get. Now everybody on our team knows that when it comes to knowing how much to pay employees, there's 3 THINGS THAT HAVE TO HAPPEN for them to get a raise or a bonus. And probably the most valuable way for me to show you this is by using a case study… So, let's take John for example. John's been with us for 4 years, and he knows that, because of the position he holds in the company, he gets a 15% raise in his pay every year, assuming these three things happen. First JOHN has to meet or exceed HIS financial targets for the year. Next, John's DEPARTMENT needs to meet or exceed their financial targets for the year. And finally, the COMPANY needs to meet or exceed our targets for the year. Watch this video where I detail exactly how this played out for John… …because most people try to complicate this - but in reality, it's super easy, and it lets everyone on our team know exactly what to expect when it comes to employee pay. And when everybody knows exactly what to expect, there's a lot less BS around people's pay. So, watch now and let me show you how this plays out…
