Your sense of identity has to do with who you think you are and how you perceive yourself. It has to do with your sense of self-worth and how you define yourself. African Americans particularly struggle with self-identity because of the trauma we have experienced collectively in this country. Ebony M. White is the Community Outreach Coordinator at the Buffalo Center for Health Equity. Specializing in community engagement and relationship building supporting several initiatives improving access, education, and capacity building for members of the community. Her heart is always for the people, and she continues to elevate the voices of constituents.
