Send us Fan MailEpisode 186: How Teams Triumph with guest Clint Padgett The pandemic, COVID-19, has created major shifts for many businesses, organizations, and agencies worldwide. Leaders have had to learn how to manage remote workers or some type of hybrid team. Some have not done an excellent job and, as a result, have lost several of their top employees. This shift to remote work initially was a temporary solution to the pandemic. This temporary solution, however,  is now being looked at as a permanent way of operating.  Many teams are still trying to navigate to this new way of doing business. They find themselves struggling, which results in a loss of productivity, low morale, and low job satisfaction. Life and work must continue, so how can a team successfully manage under these challenging conditions? In this episode, Clint Padgett, author of “How Teams Triumph: Managing by Commitment,” shares how you can create a high-performing team that triumphs. Clint serves as the CEO and President of PSI, an Atlanta-based global consulting and training company, and an Adjunct Professor at Georgia Tech.  Backed by 25 years of experience, Clint Padgett has helped some of the world’s largest companies maximize their business outcomes, optimize their teams, and develop lasting project success practices rooted in accountable processes and deep personal commitments from team members.Connect with Clint: https://clintonmpadgett.comConnect with your host, Carolyn:  https://carolyn360.com
