In these tough times during the pandemic lockdown, most students in college are stressed about getting done with their assignments and college projects. However, there is a much better way to spend your time learning about new things, including applying for, and doing, an internship! Internships are a gateway to the real professional world; they not only teach you about the industry and what to expect, but they also make you explore yourself, your interests and prepare you for taking on the world. The best way to learn something is by doing, and internships are one of the best ways to achieve that, especially during these times when remote opportunities are galore, and we have enough time at home in our hands to give them a shot! Co-hosted by Akhil Varyani and Sladyn Nunes, we pick each others' brains on internships, talk about our own stories so far, and hope to give some real action plans on how to go about looking for them, and hopefully inspire some of you to take that step towards finding your dream internship, growing yourself, and eventually getting prepared for what seems to be like a really competitive time in the professional world, post-lockdown!
