Often when I talk about boundaries, I get a response like, "I know (eye roll). I have to have boundaries."

Boundaries are seen as this awful thing that we know is important but that we dread.

We dread others' boundaries.

We dread erecting our own.

But boundaries are such a loving thing that we can give to ourselves.

In this episode, I explain some reasons why you may struggle to love your boundaries and provide you with some tools for learning to love yours.
