You have to eliminate other things which no more keeps you alive and so there comes only one easy solution TRAIL AND ERROR.... Pick up one thing! Do it consistently for year! Compare the result with your performance by asking yourself ...is this the only thing you wanna do for your whole life? If no!! Select other...
