How To Launch A New Process Without Losing Clients

from Stacked · host Channing Gardner

Switching to a new system can feel thrilling on our side and wildly stressful on the client side. One day they know exactly where everything is, and the next it’s like the aisles moved and the milk disappeared. We talk through how to roll out new processes and workflow automation without losing your sanity, your momentum, or the people you serve. We break down a simple, repeatable change management approach: communicate the new process clearly before anyone logs in, then keep reinforcing it across the channels clients actually use. We also dig into the difference between “what’s changing” and “why it’s changing,” because a clear benefit turns inconvenience into progress. Along the way, we share how consistent check-ins reduce change fatigue, how questions uncover improvements you can make quickly, and why a software implementation should be treated as a living system, not a one-and-done launch. You’ll also hear our take on training and support: group training covers basics, but one-to-one walkthroughs are often what unlock true process adoption for clients with unique workflows. And we don’t dodge the hard part: when a client refuses to follow critical systems that keep business operations running smoothly, it may be time to offload them to protect your team and your service quality. If you’re building a communication plan, tightening your client onboarding, or trying to get stakeholder buy-in for a new tool, this conversation gives you a clear path forward. Subscribe, share this with a teammate, and leave a review with the rollout challenge you’re facing right now.Learn More About DallowryLearn More about Our SoftwareOur FreebiesAudience Goldmine KitFramework Stacking Prompt PackSolo Prompt PackSystemized Soul Workbook Voice Mirror Builder

Badass of the Week Badass History - High Five Content & Seven Bucks Productions Throughout the course of human civilization certain individuals have stood out as being completely f***ing awesome. From ninjas and gunfighters to pirates and Vikings, to explorers, scientists and great leaders, these people - true badasses - completely obliterated anything that stood in their path, routinely overcame seemingly insurmountable obstacles, and ultimately altered the course of history through their actions. Be it glory, conquest, or survival, these hardcore men and women all had one specific goal in life - and they didn’t let anything stand between themselves and their mission. They refused to back down even when the odds seemed hopelessly stacked against them, they came back from the brink of failure to achieve ultimate success, and they beat the fucking hell out of anyone stupid enough to have stood in their way. Badass of the Week is a weekly (duh) podcast, that dives into new stories of badasses every week. Dred, A Tale of the Great Dismal Swamp by Harriet Beecher Stowe Loyal Books This is Stowe's second book, another one depicting the horrors of southern slavery, published 4 years after Uncle Tom's Cabin and 5 years before the commencement of the Civil War, when new territories wanting admittance into the US , were vying to become slave states, threatening to spread the heinous system. While a work of fiction, the book successfully documents the horrors of the slave system, and depicts how some slaves escaped into the Dismal Swamp , where they often lived for years hiding from their pursuers, often in community. Dred, one of Stowe's most unusual heroic characters, proclaims his mission as follows: ". . .the burden of the Lord is upon me . . . to show unto this people their iniquity, and be a sign unto this evil nation!'" The book depicts that slaves were not all passive victims, as so often portrayed, and had many white sympathizers, but all were caught in the grips of a legal system so stacked against them that nobody could overturn it without threats to life a Mission Ready with Suresh Madhavan Suresh Madhavan Welcome to "Mission Ready" the show that defies the odds and paves the way for you to become the greatest version of yourself.
