How To Overcome Self Doubt - Coffee With Paul #2

from The Paul McGregor Podcast

If you have a negative inner voice and your mind is always putting you down, how do you deal with it? How do you overcome self doubt? In the second episode of 'Coffee with Paul', one of questions I got asked was dealing with self doubt and I think it's something we've all struggled with at some point. For me, understanding that self doubt is put there by someone else is a really important shift. We're typically not born with self doubt, but parents, teachers, friends, partners or co workers will plant that voice of self doubt in our mind. Understanding this and trying to take control of that thought is so important.I also answer questions about whether mental health units are the answer to peoples problems, how to deal with lack of motivation and whether I'm looking after myself with the mental health work I'm doing right now.Grab yourself a coffee, sit back, and hopefully my honesty in this video helps you.Hopefully this format shows different layers to my personality, something I'm hoping to include in more content as I move forward.I'd love to hear your thoughts, and also if you have a question you'd like me to answer... email me or message on social media!Leave a rating and review if you found it helpful.Watch the video version here: https://youtu.be/0r0mPfjkOg4SUBSCRIBE TO THE CHANNEL: https://www.youtube.com/c/paulmcgregorvideosFOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM: http://www.instagram.com/pmcgregorcomSay hi on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/pmcgregorcomVisit my website: http://www.pmcgregor.comAsk me a question by commenting below or emailing [email protected] Hosted on Acast.
