How To Prayerfully Ask for What You Need with Alli

from The Alli Worthington Show · host Alli Worthington

On the show today, we’ll dive into Chapter 10 of my latest book, Standing Strong. This chapter, titled Ask For It: I’m Relearning How Prayer Really Works, is especially relevant today as we all look towards 2023 and what next year may bring.  In Chapter 10, I share how God revealed to me that he genuinely wants to partner with each of us in our journey and how an intentional walk with him is the adventure of a lifetime. But it all starts with prayer, my friends.  Prayer is powerful, and we know that. However, our prayers also have the power to change God’s mind. He always listens because He cares about us and knows what matters to us.  Inviting Him through prayer helps us better understand his plan for our lives, even when we resist because we think we have it all figured out.  So as we approach the end of 2022, I challenge you to ask for what you need in full faith that God will give you what is best for you. Listen in to hear all about: How the ways we view God determine how we live our lives. To step into the life God has called you to, you must know the truth and partner with it. Instead of living in the land of “good enough,” we should ask God to show us His “immeasurably more.” Order your copy of Standing Strong here.
