He shares his personal story of how he got into real estate, starting from buying his first property in university, then developing joint venture partnerships, and eventually becoming a mortgage agent. He has now 20 properties, 72 doors, and $20 million in real estate under management. Jacob explains how he overcame the challenges of leaving a corporate job and a high salary for the real estate business.
