I-8 Deadly Crash Arrest, I-5 Weekend Closure, Halloween Events

California Highway Patrol arrested a La Mesa man who drove into an accident on I-8, killing two people, on suspicion of driving under the influence. All I-5 northbound lanes between Mission Bay Drive and I-8 will be closed starting Friday at 9 p.m. for construction.
