If Only You Knew Pt. 2 - Stephanie Crook

Meet Stephanie Crook, organizer of MS Warrior 5K&10K Dash located in Portage,In Stephanie shares how she found out her diagnosis. "I went out for a regular maintenance run and my legs went numb, the doctor told me I would soon lose my ability to walk, I was still able to walk, although not well." After thinking it was a random injury, she continued on about her day until things became gradually worse. Stephanie felt defeated as she even contemplated suicide however, there was a light at the end of the tunnel. She finally saw a great doctor who provided her with the proper advice. Stephanie credits her family, friends and boyfriend for standing beside her as she gains strength and knowledge on her "new normal."
