Important Concepts of Red Light Therapy

from The Energy Code · host Dr. Mike Belkowski

For the next handful of solosodes on  The Red Light Report, I will be reading from the eBook I have developed and continuously updated over the last three years, the Red Light Therapy Treatment Protocols eBook. Currently in its third edition, the eBook consists of information that I have distilled from countless sources and hundred upon hundreds of hours reading and researching. With that being said, the eBook is always a work in progress as I continue to update the information and protocols, as well as add new protocols, as new information and research comes to light. The eBook is broken up into a couple of different sections: the first section is comprised of important concepts that everyone should know to help them better understand and harness red light therapy; the second (and much larger) section consists of almost a couple dozen health conditions, where each condition has explanations of how red light therapy can help it, synopses from the most current and strongest research and then, of course, the specific treatment protocol that is completely based off the research. In this solosode, we will be covering the Important Concepts section, which covers red light vs. near-infrared light, mitochondria, the biphasic dose response, hormesis and dosing. Subsequent solosodes will go over the various sections of health conditions, which will hopefully provide you with an all-encompassing perspective of the amazing potential that red light therapy possesses.Learn lots, light up your health and enjoy! - Announcements: Dr. Belkowski speaking engagements: Biohackeruniversity.com Virtual event - August 25 through the 28th  Headliner is Tony Robbins Photobiomodulation Symposium In-person event in Rome, Italy This November; exact date to be announced Dr. Mike Belkowski discusses the following: Red light therapy for anxiety and depression “Repetition is the mother of skill”- Tony Robbins Red and near-infrared light and its benefits The domino effect of dysfunctional mitochondria Anecdotes from his ebook The biphasic dose response - more is not better Over treating with red light therapy Hormesis Appropriate dosage of red light therapy How to mathematically determine dosages - Red Light Therapy Treatment Protocols eBook - To learn more about red light therapy and shop for the highest-quality red light therapy products, visit www.biolight.shop - Stay up-to-date on social media: Instagram YouTube Facebook
