Improving Our Support for Early Returned Missionaries

With so many missionaries coming home before 18 or 24 months, we need to improve how we interact with these young adults. Kris Doty-Yells is a licensed clinical social worker with a specialty in crisis intervention and trauma. She also has a Ph.D. in social work. After her son returned early from his mission and she saw the impact that it had on him, she began her research into how missionaries are affected by their early return.
