In Hard Seasons, Make God Known

Go to follow.lifeword.org!   ~~~   Psalm 89—In hard seasons of life, make God known to others. “With my mouth I will make known your faithfulness to all generations.” Biblical truth is not just “my truth,” that I shout out, but rather God’s truth is True truth, and the whole world needs to understand it. The worship being talked about here is NOT JUST done in a private prayer closet, but it is done in the presence of the assembly, in the presence of the congregation, in the presence of young and old alike—“all generations.” In other words, just because I don’t understand what all is going on in my life or with God’s promises, just because situations seem tough or confusing to me, I will not stop gathering with the people of God, and will not stop praising you for your faithfulness, your goodness, your kindness. I will hold out to all those around me that I am still hoping in you. This is how it is being demonstrated for us that we get through the hard seasons of life.
