This mini episode is in loving memory of my sister, Nicole, who was killed in an accident 6 years ago on 20th October 2012. This may have been the day that ended her life, but it's also the day when her legacy began - and I want to pay tribute to that. Also, I saw this anniversary as an opportunity to be completely vulnerable about how I process my grief and hold on during the hardest days of my life - because I know I'm not alone in missing someone today, so hope you find some strength in what I share.
