Hey ya'll, welcome back to the 3rd Culture Kids! This week we are talking about the T word - you guessed it, Therapy! Your girls are in their feelings, and decided to try to help you find good ways to get out of yours. We talk about our healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms , our experiences with therapy/counselling and the role of friendships.
