from Geek Psychology: Play Life Better

Send me a text Are you an INFJ personality type? If so, you might be wondering what it means if you have Ni-Ti loop. You have a unique perspective on the world. You see things differently than other people, and you feel differently about them too. You have a particular way of understanding the world and your place in it, and this is because of your personality type.Today we're going to be talking about what the introverted iNtuition-introverted Thinking loop (also know as Ni-Ti loop) means for you, and also a little bit about what Ni and Ti are. And then I'll tell you one activity that you might try to \"reset\" your Ni-Ti loop so you can reagain control over your life.First up: Loops. What are they? There's a reason why we call them loops: They're like trains that just keep on going around and around. The problem is that they're not very fun rides - they're more like antigravity rides that spin round and round as the floor drops out than something fun like Space Mountain. They go in circles, get caught up in their own reinforcing loops, and leave us feeling frustrated and helpless. They take us away from where we want to be going - but man oh man they're easy to get into. They're keep us in the comfort zone of problems and thoughts that we kinda know what to expect instead of accepting the call to adventure of the ever-fearful outerworld feedback that actually breaks us out of the loop.In this video, I explained some of the traits and types of issues that come from being in a loop for the INFJ personality type. The advice I give uses knowledge and tips related to your cognitive functions - which I also explain - to help you reset yourself. The Myers-Briggs type indicator can be very helpful on a surface level, but there's so much more work you can do on yourself by digging deeper!Whether it's improving your career or love life, knowing how to improve your life by leveraging what others might consider to be \"weird\" is how you really get ahead in life.0:00 Hi :)1:25 Ni / introverted intuition2:20 Ti / introverted Thinking3:10 What is a loop****Connect and Support Geek Psychology #geekpsychology ****FREE 8 Hero Personality Assessment: https://geekpsychology.com/ Support the Show.
