Interview with IFBB WPD Pro Melissa Teich

from The Women's Fittest Podcast · host Debra Jean Terpstra

Send us Fan MailThanks for listening to another episode of the Women’s Maximum Fitness Podcast! In this episode # 73 I enjoy a fascinating interview with IFBB WP Pro Melissa Teich! Only 3 weeks out from her Olympia debut, I’m grateful to Melissa for taking the time to sharing her journey with us thus far. With a background in swimming this WP pro actually started in figure but took a hiatus to powerlift before returning to the stage and winning her pro card in women’s physique. Believe it or not, that powerlifting time helped her stack another 20 pounds onto her frame. Melissa shares about her unique job as a nurse working with inmates while she snd her husband also own two gyms. You won’t believe what they did to allow their members to train during lockdown! She also talks thoroughly about her training and diet. And her experience doing a triathlon was scary hilarious! This was really enjoyable, thank you Melissa! Find her on Instagram:@missbeast25_ifbbproMentions: @shelbystarnes100Check out my Amazon link to shop what I shop: https://www.amazon.com/shop/buffcake22Coaching inquiries: email Debra at [email protected] and request my FREE assessment form. Subscribe to the Women’s Maximum Fitness podcast as new episodes drop every Monday and throughout the week.
