Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the hire of Fred "The Fox" Snowden, AllSportsTucson.com interviewed some of his former players who played for the Wildcats during his tenure between 1972-81. Snowden became the first African-American hired to coach a major college basketball program on March 21, 1972. The players interviewed at Frog & Firkin included Bob Elliott, Steve Kanner, Gary Harrison, John Belobraydic and Charlie Miller.
