However, he challenges you to remember the deeper meaning of the Lord’s Day. Sunday is meant to be “the top of the week,” a day set apart for rest, worship, and renewal. Even if you attend Mass on Saturday, he encourages keeping Sunday holy in spirit – spending time with family, praying, and finding peace in activities that honor God. It’s about cultivating a “Sabbath culture” in our hearts – so that whether you’re at church on Saturday night or fishing with friends on Sunday, you’re still living out the joy and rest of the Lord’s Day.
