Be present in the moment - quit looking at tech all the time It’s important to know your own body and be confident about it. Let go of timelines - overbooking yourself It's ok to say no Your kids don’t have to rule you and your house Things are not always going to be easy You don’t need to seek approval You don’t have to have a good relationship with all of your family It’s ok to choose your own family. Express your feelings and be vulnerable Good friendships are priceless treasures. Old friends are the most precious ones. Less is more  Eat the cake, dammit It’s ok to ask for help Don’t forget about your old friends, even if they move away and you don’t talk to them often- tell the people that you love that you love them while you can. Keep your expectations in check Sometimes, it is good to just live day by day instead of planning your whole life. BE KIND It’s the little things that matter in life This, too, will pass for real You are not the center of the universe  Let the anger go; it only hurts you Life can change at any second, and so can you! Wooosawwww, that shit - don’t let the negative thoughts outweigh the good ones. Stop overthinking. Learn to accept constructive criticism You do always have a choice - even if you don’t like it Choose happy - laugh more  Have lots of sex Spend your money exactly how you want, be prepared and responsible, but do the fun things. You can’t take it with you when you die. Don’t raise your kids to feel like they are entitled to anything Not everyone has to like you, nor will they, and that is ok. It is important to know about adult finances - HAVE LOTS OF SEX
