Since establishing Avenor in 2015 with Peter Clemesha, James has led the firm's growth to become a leading player in the institutional grade commercial and mixed-use development market. With expertise across the development cycle, James leads major projects from inception to completion. He was instrumental in the delivery of CIMIC Group's 177 Pacific Highway project (current value $700M) in North Sydney, throughout the project, including the successful leasing to Vodafone, Cisco, Jacobs, CIMIC Group, Pepper, CBRE, NBN and Objective. James has recently driven the successful initiation of Atlassian's 70,000sqm mixed-use development at Central Station, engaging with the highest levels of NSW Government and other major stakeholders in the Central Precinct, to move the project through the establishment of a State Significant Precinct and towards the delivery phase by the Avenor team.
