Episode Description

Kilkenny Business Awards 2020 was an awards event with a difference. Usually a black tie gala event, full of fun, excitement and anticipation, was by necessity curtailed.

However, the Chamber of Commerce were determined to continue their November tradition and so, on Wednesday, on KCLR Live and simultaneously in the Kilkenny People Newspaper we brought you the news of two significant awards that despite everything had been awarded.

The President’s Award which was awarded to Bobby Kerr and the Lifetime Achievement Award to legendary Goresbridge businesswoman Kitty Donohue.

In this special episode we hear more from both Kitty and Bobby and from those who knew them down through the years.
