Caroline Tomlin has been in ministry for almost 20 years, served on church staffs of all sizes, led youth ministries through growth, served on numerous non profit boards, + is an author to several books + curriculum. She has traveled the globe bringing leaders + students together, of all denominations, so that they could start making waves in their homes, communities, + world. Caroline founded Waves in 2013 + now works for the ministry full time while leading with her husband.
