LA BODA

La Boda Mi hermana se caso la semana pasada, ya era hora! Al final y después de darle muchas vueltas decidieron casarse por la iglesia. La boda a las 6, la cena a las 8. Llegamos a la iglesia a las cinco y media, mi futuro cuñado estaba un poco nervioso llevaba un traje azul e iba de un lado a otro mirando el reloj, ajustándose la corbata y mirando el reloj otra vez, su madre intentaba calmarle. Mi hermana llego a las seis menos un minuto caminando del brazo de mi padre, padrino en la boda. Siguiendo la tradición la novia debe llegar a la hora en punto. Ella estaba guapísima, vestida de blanco y llevando un ramo de flores también blancas. La ceremonia fue corta y emocionante, especialmente para los novios. Después de la misa cumplimos con la tradición, arrojamos arroz a la pareja para desearles buena suerte, la novia se dio la vuelta y tiro el ramo y mi prima Carmen lo cogió. La tradición dice que la mujer que coge el ramo será la siguiente en casarse. Yo tengo mis dudas con Carmen, ella es una soltera convencida. Nos hicimos cientos de fotos, con y sin los novios y finalmente nos fuimos a cenar. La cena fue excelente y después de cenar fuimos a bailar. Era imposible dormir después de haber cenado tres platos, tarta, helado y café. A las dos de la madrugada llegué a casa, me quite los zapatos y pensé que ese era el único momento relajante de aquel frenético día The wedding My sister got married last week, it was about time. She was brilliant dressed in white and carrying a bunch of white flowers. The ceremony was short and exciting, specially for the bride and groom. After the mass we kept up the tradition, we threw rice to the couple to wish them good luck, the bride faced the other way and threw the bouquet and my cousin Carmen caught it. The tradition says that the woman who catches the bouquet will be the next bride. I have my doubts about Carmen, she is a convinced single. We took hundreds of pictures, with and without the bride and the groom and eventually we went to have dinner. The dinner was excellent and after dinner we went to dance. It was impossible to sleep after having had three dishes, cake, ice-cream and coffee. At 2 a.m. I arrived home and took my shoes off and I thought that it was the only relaxing moment in that hectic day.
